THE DRIVER'S AND PASSENGER'S SEAT SWIVEL MECHANISM LOCKING PIN COULD LOOSEN AND BECOME DISENGAGED FROM THE SWIVEL MECHANISM ALLOWING THE SEAT TO SWIVEL BACK AND FORTH GOING DOWN THE ROAD.
