C & M Trailers Inc. (C&M) is recalling certain 2015-2016 cargo trailers that are over 80 inches wide. The affected trailers were built with side marker lamps mounted over 60 inches high. As such, these trailers fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

The tire placard on the affected vehicles my not have the tire and rim size information. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification", and to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."
