The defect
VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: TRAVEL AND PARK TRAILERS. A THREADED PIPE FITTING WAS USED IN PLACE OF A FLARE FITTING ON THE GAS LINE CONNECTION TO THE STOVE, WATER HEATER, AND FURNACE, WHICH COULD RESULT IN A GAS LEAK.
The risk
GAS LEAKAGE, IN THE PRESENCE OF AN IGNITION SOURCE, COULD RESULT IN A FIRE.
