The defect
Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. is recalling certain model year 2011 GT GulfTran shuttle buses manufactured August 31, 2009, through October 22, 2010, and equipped with A&M Systems door actuators containing model 3230 circuit boards. Voltage spikes may damage the electrical components and electrical circuits of the door actuator, causing the circuit board to develop high resistance.

High resistance may cause the board to overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.
