The defect

Forest River, Inc. The affected vehicles are equipped with Navistar engines that have fuel injectors that may fail.

The risk

If one or more fuel injectors fail, the engine may misfire, causing a loss of performance, possibly resulting in an engine stall and increasing the risk of a crash.
