The defect

Braun Ambulances (Braun) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Chief XL Type I, Chief XL Type III, Express Plus Type I, Express Type III, and Liberty Type I vehicles. The high contact nodes may cause the module mounted turn signals, backup alarm, brake lights, and rearview camera to turn on intermittently or fail to activate.

The risk

Failure of vital visual systems reduce the vehicle's visibility to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.

Check whether your specific vehicle is affected
