The defect

Titan Bus is recalling certain 2018-2021 Chevrolet CG33503 and 3500 Express Cutaway vehicles. The federal certification placard may be missing. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 110, "Tire Selection and Rims" and 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."

The risk

A missing federal certification placard may result in unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
