The defect

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2027 Sabre, No Boundaries, Ibex and Surveyor travel trailers. The Federal Placard may state an incorrect fresh water tank capacity. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

The fix — what to do

Dealers will replace the incorrect label, free of charge. Additionally Forest River will mail corrected labels to owners. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed in July 2026. Owners of Surveyor, Ibex, No Boundaries and trailers may contact customer service at 1-574-642-3119, or Sabre owners may contact customer service at 1-260-499-2100.
