“March 1, 2005, stopped on a hilled highway intersection of frankford avenue and solly ave, philadelphia, pa 19136. Light was red turning to green. Driving 1997 dodge neon. Rearending by 99 ford tauarus impacted dodge neon throwing forward two door neon. Seat belt did not hold driver. *ak”
