“While driving the vehicle one can hear the brakes dragging against the rotors. The rotors were replaced in 4/96 with about 18,000 miles on vehicle because of warping. The rotors have become warped again and need replacing with about 28, 000 miles. Rotors have not bee replaced this time. *ak”
