“Dt*: the contact stated while driving various speeds with the windshield wipers engaged in rainy weather, the wipers worked intermittently. The vehicle was seen by a dealer for inspection who determined the bolts on the windshield wiper/washer arms needed to be tightened, which remedied the problem.”
