  • The car seat came with the vehicle and harness latch opened and closed intermittently. *jb the consumers daughter was buckled into the built in car seat, and when it was time to get her out, the seat belt wouldn't extend out to release. The straps remained locked and will not release. Scc

  • The consumer received a recall notice on child seat belt straps but the dealer cleaned the strap instead of replacing it. The problem reoccurred and the dealer wants to charge for the service but the consumer states the recall was not done and he should not be charged for the service. *yh
