Official summary
The fuel pulsation damper, located on the fuel rail, may have been improperly assembled. If the puslation damper fails, a small amount of fuel may leak. This may result in an engine compartment fire. Toyota initiated special service campaign 30c to replace the fuel pulsation damper. *tt
