This vme states that gm has decided that certain vehicles do not comply with federal motor vehicle safety standard 225 in both us and canada because the owners manual does not include the location symbols for the lower universal anchorage system and explanation of the meaning of the symbols. Recall 03039 for child seat anchorage system. *tt
