Pontiac chevrolet service campaign: see document search button for owner letter. Power steering hose leak. Vehicles may have a condition in which the power steering cooler line may leak or split. When started in cold weather, the pressure on the hose is substantially higher than in warmer weather and may exceed the strength of the power steering house or clamps.
