Official summary
10285b - customer satisfaction (revised expiration date). On certain vehicles equipped with a 5-speed automatic transmission, a transmission torque converter condition may result in a transmission vibration or shaking motion (judder) while driving a t speeds between 20 and 45 mph (30 and 70 km/h). Dealers are to reprogram the powertrain control module, and in some cases, replace the torque converter.
