Official summary

ISSUE Some 2015 Edge vehicles equipped with a roof opening panel and built on or before 11/16/2015 may exhibit a body creak-type noise in the area above the driver and/or passenger rear doors when driving over bumps. This may be due to the C-pillar body sheet metal rubbing on an interior panel and/or a metal tab on the roof opening frame in the grab handle area rubbing on the C-pillar body panel.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
