Official summary
Exhaust heat shield service parts available for repairs. Several of the exhaust pipe heat shield components are now availalbe as service parts. When repairing a vehicle for a noise due to a loose heat shield, do not replace the center exhaust pipe with catalytic convertor if the heat shield can be serviced separately.
