Official summary

Front power seats do not slide back and forth. Some customers may complain that the front power (driver and/or passenger) seats do not slide back and forth properly or that they may be completely inoperative. This concern may be caused by a foreign object getting stuck under the power slide unit (below) while in operation. This can cause motor mounting bracket (a) deformation, resulting in motor cable (b) breakage.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
