"flash: transmission shift and drivability enhancements this bulletin involves reprogramming of the transmission control module (tcm) with the latest available software. Symptom/condition: customers may experience any of the following symptoms: · hanging or delayed upshift when braking downhill or when braking after high vehicle acceleration rate. · releasing the accelerator pedal rapidly causes hanging or delayed upshift. **updating the tcm software will correct the conditions listed above and also improve shift quality for a 2-1 downshift (la vehicle).**"
