Official summary
This technical bulletin provides a procedure to replace the jounce bumpers to correct a customer concern that a clunk noise can be heard from the rear suspension on moderate to severe jounce in cold temperatures due to the rear suspension jounce bumpers becoming hard in cold temperatures, creating a feeling as though the suspension is bottoming out or a clunk noise may be heard.
