Service news article - is the transmission fluid pan leaking from a crack? Chances are your customer accidently ran over something that drove the lower engine cover up into the transmission fluid pan. The cover s front clip, which is made of metal, cracked the pan from the impact. When replacing the transmission fluid pan, be sure to replace the lower engine cover (p/n 74110-t2f-a01) as well. The replacement lower engine cover eliminates the front hole and clip and replaces the metal clip for the second hole with one made of resin.
