Official summary
"service bulletin - an incorrect learning value in the pcm may cause a pressure problem in the cvt under certain driving conditions, causing a surge in rpm because the cvt belt slips at highway speeds, and eventually set dtc p1890 (cvt speed control system). Some 2015 cr-v s that had a previous version of vibration software will require this special application software to complete the update from 16-053, product update: 2015 16 accord and 2015 16 cr-v software update for p1890."

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
