Forward collision warning (fcw) indicator shown on cluster without dtc(s) - on some 2016 my soul (ps) vehicles, you may see a forward collision warning (fcw) indicator may appear on the instrument cluster with no dtc'spresent. This condition may be caused by incorrect/lost variant coding of the lane departure warning system (ldws) camera, or when replacing a new camera. Follow the procedures outlined in this bulletin to resolve the concern.
