"2004-2014 armada; power back door inoperative and bolt on power back door opener loose if you confirm -the power back door will not open or close when using any power open/close switch. And -the linkage for power back door has a loose or missing hex bolt (figure 1). Action 1. Replace the bolt shown in figure 1 with a new bolt from the parts information. -do not reuse the old bolt. -clean the threads in the linkage before installing the new bolt. -install the new bolt and torque to 7 n m (0.7 kg-m, 62 in-lb.).
