"2013 model year outback and legacy vehicles equipped with a backup camera no longer have a compass feature available in the factory installed auto-dimming mirror. In the event a customer requires a compass feature in an auto-dimming mirror, the factory installed mirror on some trim levels may be replaced with an auto-dimming compass mirror with homelink.
