"this service information bulletin announces a design change to the engine wiring harness to prevent water intrusion and accumulation from occurring inside the corrugated plastic harness tubing. In some cases, this accumulation may cause a check engine light to illuminate and exhaust camshaft position-related dtcs to be stored in the ecm memory (e.g. P0390, p0391).
