Official summary
Some vehicles may exhibit a creak noise from around the rear differential when the clutch is engaged quickly or the vehicle accelerates/decelerates rapidly. This is caused by a stick-slip noise occurring at the contact surface between the power plant frame (ppf) (a) and the rear differential. To eliminate this concern, the tightening torque of the stud bolts and nuts has been increased.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
