Official summary
Some 2015-2017 focus/c-max/escape vehicles equipped with one touch up feature. The 2016-2017 workshop manual section 501-11 was updated 8/2016 with revised diagnostics, the 2015 wsm updates will follow later. Refer to the 2016-2017 wsm revised diagnostics for any of the following concerns: one-touch up feature is inoperative, window door glass does not travel fully to either open/closed position,and window bounces back concerns. At the beginning of pinpoint test e, carry out the initialization procedure on the suspect power window, before continuing the pinpoint test. Refer to: power door wind
