Official summary
Some 2014-2015 focus and fiesta vehicles equipped with a 1.0l gtdi built on or before 07/25/2015 may exhibit lack of power and multiple miss fire diagnostic trouble codes (dtc). If normal engine diagnosis leads to low compression and piston damage, inspect the exhaust valves for a pin hole in the center of the valve head.
