Official summary
Some 2017 mkx vehicles equipped with lincoln drive control and built on or before 2-dec-2016 may exhibit a missing lincoln drive control menu in the instrument cluster message center. To correct the condition, update the cluster as-built configuration using integrated diagnostic system (ids) version 103.01 or higher. Make sure you are connected to the internet when downloading the updated as-built data. For claiming, use causal part 10849 and applicable labor operation(s) in section 10 of the service labor time standards (slts) manual.
