Official summary
Some 2016 mkx vehicles equipped with climate control seats and built on or before 3-oct-2016 may exhibit poor cooling performance from the climate control seat. To correct the condition, update the seat control module e (scme) as-built configuration using ids version 103.01 or higher. Make sure you are connected to the internet when downloading the updated as-built data. For claiming, use causal part 19n550 and applicable labor operation(s) in section 10 of the service labor time standards (slts) manual.
