Official summary
Some 2015-2017 f-150 supercab vehicles built on or before 01-jan-2017 may exhibit inoperative rear door lower latches during freezing temperatures. The rear door lower latches have been revised to include a water shield and the parts catalog has been updated to show the new numbers. Replace the rear door lower latches, refer to workshop manual (wsm), section 501-14. For claiming, use causal part 18264a00 and applicable labor operations in section 12 of the service labor time standards (slts) manual.
