Official summary
Some 2017 mkc vehicles may exhibit a buzz/rattle noise from the left side of the defrost vent trim panel. This is due to the defrost vent trim panel contacting bare metal on top of the cowl close to the windshield. Follow the tsb service procedure steps to correct the condition.
