"issue: in some circumstances, the customer is reporting the engine failing to start, the engine running rough, the check engine light being displayed, or a combination of these symptoms. Cause: dtc's captured by the vehicle electronic modules should be used to aid investigation of a vehicle with this issue to help identify root cause. In some cases, the fuel pump driver module - c2c35672, the in tank fuel pump - c2d28002 or the connections to these parts may be at fault."
