"situation: to address concerns with the correct operation of the oxygen (o2) sensors, updated engine control module (ecm) software is required on the models, engine variants, and vehicle identification number (vin) ranges as listed in the affected vehicle range. Action: retailers are required to hold only affected new vehicles that are within your control and refrain from releasing the vehicles for new vehicle sale pending completion of the service instruction detailed in this technical bulletin."
