Official summary

Some vehicles may exhibit a squeak noise from the engine compartment when the vehicle starts moving and/or at the time of transmission shifting. This is caused by stick-slip noise occuring at the contact surfaces between the no. 4 engine mount rubber and the no. 4 engine mount bracket when the engine shakes back and forth. To correct the problem, the no. 4 engine mount is replaced and grease is applied on the contact surfaces of the no. 4 engine mount bracket.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
