This is a technical service bulletin, sent to dealers, providing instructions for reprogramming the etacs ecu to resolve issues where the tpms warning light will flash for 1 minute and 20 seconds, and then remains on as a result of the 12v battery becoming abnormally low or dead, and then subsequently recharged.
