"dealer message - as stated in the stop sale/safety recall: honda 2005-2016 multi-model driver s airbag inflator dealer q&a, dealers can ground off lease vehicles and sell it back to the customer. The off-lease vehicle can only be sold back to the originating lessee with a signed acknowledgment stating the vehicle is under the recall."
