"service bulletin - if fuel enters the inner fuel vent tube, a dtc will set and the inner fuel vent tube must be replaced. A new required special tool, which is a plug, will protect the inner fuel vent tube while servicing the fuel tank unit. Whenever you are doing the following procedures, you must use the required orvr service plug to prevent fuel from entering the inner fuel vent tube: removing and installing the fuel tank unit. Removing and installing the fuel tank assembly. Testing the fuel tank unit. Draining fuel from the fuel tank."
