Official summary
Some 2017 f-series super duty pickups equipped with a 6.7l engine and a rear auxiliary power point may exhibit a illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (mil) with diagnostic trouble codes (dtcs) p1261, p1262, p1263, p1264, p1265, p1266, p1267 and/or p1268. If freeze frame indicates dtcs set below 600 rpm and there are no drivability symptoms, inspect the center console rear auxiliary power point for aftermarket devices. Items such as a 12 volt refrigerator or cooler may induce feedback voltage into the vehicle that will cause the powertrain control module (pcm) to falsely set injector circuit

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
