Official summary
Service bulletin - the customer may experience a more-than-normal delay when shifting into gear the first time after the vehicle sits for a long time. This may be intermittent. Fluid draining from the torque converter when the vehicle sits for a long time (usually overnight) causes the delay engaging into gear.
