Official summary

"situation: an issue has been identified on 2012-2013 model year land rover lr4 (l319) and range rover sport (l320) vehicles where the fuse for the heated front windshield blows. At 2012my, the heated front windshield fuse was changed from a 'little' fuse to a 'j-case', with the rating remaining at 30a. Action: retailers are required to hold all affected vehicles within the listed vin range that are in their control and refrain from releasing the vehicles for new or used vehicle sale pending completion of the rework action detailed in this technical bulletin."
