"situation: an issue has been identified on 2013-2014 model year land rover lr2 (l359) and 2012-2014 model year range rover evoque (l538) vehicles within the listed vin ranges where diagnostic trouble code (dtc) p0089-29, fuel pressure regulator performance - signal invalid, is stored in the engine control module (ecm) and the engine malfunction indicator lamp (mil) is illuminated in the instrument cluster message center. Action: retailers are required to hold all affected vehicles within the listed vin range that are in their control and refrain from releasing the vehicles for new or used veh
