Official summary
"issue the remote function actuator (rfa) also known as the keyless vehicle module (kvm), may fail to correctly download software on occasions. This can result in sdd reporting that the rfa is off bus by displaying a red cross in the networks integrity screen and sdd not being able to recover the module. Cause this may be as a result of low battery voltage or a break in continuity of diagnostic connection during the download or a corrupted software download file."
