Official summary

"situation: a 'knock' sound from one or both front air springs when traveling over speed bumps at low speed may be evident. Upon removal of the air spring and inverting it for a period of approximately one minute, hydraulic fluid is found to flow from the air suspension pipe 'voss' connector. Cause: this may be caused by a leak from the hydraulic damper chamber of the air spring."

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
