Official summary

"situation: a ' creak' noise from the front suspension stabilizer bar may be evident when traveling over speed bumps or on rough roads for a short period of time at lower ambient temperatures. Note: this issue is very rarely seen outside of the central and northern european markets. Cause: this may be caused by manufacturing bush lubrication and material properties affecting a small number of vehicles due to climatic conditions and excessive bush lubricant being applied during vehicle build."

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
