Official summary

"description an issue has been identified on a limited number of 2014 model year range rover evoque (l538) vehicles where, after starting the engine or shortly after warm-up, the engine malfunction indicator lamp (mil) may illuminate on the instrument cluster and diagnostic trouble codes (dtc) p0044 and/or p0196 is stored in the engine control module without a noticeable driveability concern."

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
