Official summary
Some customers may complain that the front power (driver and/or passenger) seats do not slide back and forth properly or that they may be completely inoperative. This concern may be caused by a foreign object getting stuck under the power slide unit (below) while in operation. This can cause motor mounting bracket (a) deformation, resulting in motor cable (b) breakage. To eliminate this concern, the shape of the motor mounting bracket (a) has been modified to increase its strength.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
