"situation: an issue has been identified on 2013-2015 model year lr2 (l359) and 2012-2015 model year range rover evoque (l538) vehicles which may experience reduced power or perception of a misfire and difficulty restarting the engine. Action: retailers are required to hold only affected new vehicles that are within your control and refrain from releasing the vehicles for new vehicle sale pending completion of the service instruction detailed in this technical bulletin."
